1. OVERVIEW
This Billing Policy describes how AEZAKMI FZ LLC, doing business as ClawLand ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles purchases, payments, billing, refunds, and virtual currency transactions in connection with the ClawLand mobile application (the "App") and website at https://claw.land (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services."
By making any purchase through the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Billing Policy. This Billing Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
2. VIRTUAL CURRENCY
2.1 What Is Virtual Currency
The Services use a virtual currency system (referred to as "Coins," "Tokens," "Credits," or similar designation as displayed in the Services) that is required to operate the claw machines. Virtual currency is a digital entitlement with no real-world monetary value. It exists solely within the ClawLand platform and functions only as a mechanism to access gameplay features.
2.2 How to Obtain Virtual Currency
Virtual currency may be obtained through the following methods:
- In-App Purchase (Mobile): Purchase virtual currency packages directly within the App using Apple’s In-App Purchase system (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).
- Website Purchase: Purchase virtual currency packages through our website at https://claw.land using Stripe as our payment processor. Accepted payment methods on the website include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods supported by Stripe in your region.
- Promotional Bonuses: We may, at our sole discretion, offer free virtual currency through daily login bonuses, referral programs, promotional events, special offers, or other reward mechanisms.
- Prize Exchange: Prizes won through gameplay may be exchanged for virtual currency at a rate determined by us (see Section 5).
2.3 Virtual Currency Has No Monetary Value
Virtual currency is not real currency, is not valued in real currency, and does not constitute a stored-value account. Virtual currency cannot under any circumstances be redeemed, exchanged, refunded, or converted into: cash or legal tender of any kind; bank transfers, wire transfers, or electronic fund transfers; prepaid cards, gift cards, or any cash-equivalent instruments; cryptocurrency or digital assets; or any other form of monetary compensation. This restriction applies regardless of how the virtual currency was obtained (whether purchased, earned through promotions, or received through prize exchange).
2.4 Virtual Currency Is Non-Transferable
Virtual currency is bound to your account and cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other user or third party. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer virtual currency outside the Services is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
3. PRICING
3.1 Virtual Currency Packages
Virtual currency is available for purchase in packages at prices displayed in the App or on the Website. Prices are shown in your local currency (or the currency of your App Store, Play Store, or Stripe account). Prices may vary by region due to currency exchange rates, local taxes, and platform-specific pricing requirements.
3.2 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the pricing of virtual currency packages at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases. The price displayed at the time you confirm your purchase is the price you will be charged.
3.3 Taxes
All prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction and platform. Any applicable value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, or other taxes required by your jurisdiction will be calculated and added at checkout as required by applicable law. For mobile purchases, taxes are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective tax policies. For website purchases, Stripe calculates and collects applicable taxes based on your location.
3.4 Currency
All website transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. Mobile transactions are processed in the currency of your App Store or Play Store account. We do not control currency conversion rates applied by your bank, card issuer, Apple, Google, or Stripe.
4. PAYMENT PROCESSING
4.1 Mobile Payments (iOS and Android)
All purchases made within the App on mobile devices are processed exclusively through:
- iOS Devices: Apple’s In-App Purchase system, governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. Payment is charged to the Apple ID associated with your device.
- Android Devices: Google Play Billing, governed by Google Play’s Terms of Service. Payment is charged to the Google account associated with your device.
We do not directly collect, process, store, or have access to your payment card information for mobile purchases. All payment data is handled entirely by Apple or Google. For questions about mobile payment processing, billing errors, or unauthorized charges on mobile, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
4.2 Website Payments
Purchases made through our website at https://claw.land are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Stripe handles and stores all payment data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We may retain a truncated card number (last four digits), card type, and expiration date for transaction reference purposes.

4.3 Payment Authorization
By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor (Apple, Google, or Stripe) to charge the payment method associated with your account for the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other reasons, the transaction will not be completed and no virtual currency will be credited to your account. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in connection with failed payment attempts.
5. PRIZE EXCHANGE
5.1 How Prize Exchange Works
When you successfully capture a prize through gameplay, the prize is added to your in-app inventory ("Prize Box" or similar feature). You may choose to exchange any prize in your inventory for virtual currency.
5.2 Exchange Rates
The virtual currency exchange value for each prize is determined by us at our sole discretion. Exchange rates may vary based on the prize type, its approximate retail value, current promotions, and other factors. Exchange rates are displayed in the App at the time of exchange and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The exchange rate at the moment you confirm the exchange is the rate that will be applied.
5.3 Exchange Is Final
Once you confirm a prize-to-virtual-currency exchange, the transaction is final and irreversible. The prize will be permanently removed from your inventory and the corresponding virtual currency will be credited to your account. You cannot reverse an exchange or reclaim a prize after confirmation.
5.4 No Cash Alternative
There is no cash alternative for any prize. Prizes cannot be shipped, mailed, physically delivered, or redeemed for any form of monetary compensation. The sole method of realizing the value of a won prize is exchanging it for virtual currency within the App.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Subscription Plans
We may offer subscription plans that provide recurring benefits such as bonus virtual currency, exclusive access to machines, discounts, or other perks. Specific subscription details, including pricing, benefits, and billing frequency, will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
6.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, annually). Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Billing occurs through the same platform used for the initial purchase (Apple, Google, or Stripe).
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge. The renewal price will be the current price of the subscription plan at the time of renewal, which may differ from the price at which you originally subscribed.
6.4 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > ClawLand > Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > ClawLand > Cancel Subscription.
- Website: Log in to your account at https://claw.land and navigate to your account settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.
6.5 Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of Apple, Google, or Stripe. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact the respective platform or us at info@claw.land.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1 General Policy
All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in this section or as required by applicable law.
7.2 Mobile Purchase Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by the respective platform’s refund policies:
- Apple: You may request a refund through Apple’s "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com) or by contacting Apple Support. Apple determines refund eligibility in accordance with their own policies.
- Google: You may request a refund through Google Play’s refund process within the applicable timeframe. Google determines refund eligibility in accordance with their own policies.
We do not have the ability to process refunds for mobile purchases directly. All mobile refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.
7.3 Website Purchase Refunds
For purchases made through our website via Stripe, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@claw.land within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, provided that the virtual currency has not been used (in whole or in part). If the purchased virtual currency has been partially or fully used, no refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days.
7.4 Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit in the following circumstances:
- A technical error resulted in you being charged but not receiving virtual currency;
- A duplicate charge was made in error;
- An unauthorized purchase was made on your account (subject to verification);
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction requires us to provide a refund.
7.5 Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests and to suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are abusing the refund process. This includes but is not limited to: making repeated refund requests after consuming purchased virtual currency, using chargebacks as a means to obtain free virtual currency, or creating multiple accounts to exploit refund policies.
7.6 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a legitimate transaction, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be unjustified, we may permanently terminate your account and forfeit all associated virtual currency and prizes. We encourage you to contact us at info@claw.land to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
8. ACCOUNT BALANCE AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY MANAGEMENT
8.1 Balance Display
Your current virtual currency balance is displayed within the App and on the Website when you are logged in. This balance reflects the total amount of virtual currency available for gameplay, including purchased currency, earned bonuses, and prize exchange credits.
8.2 Expiration
Purchased virtual currency does not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Virtual currency earned through promotional bonuses, daily logins, or other free mechanisms may be subject to expiration. If an expiration applies, it will be clearly communicated at the time the virtual currency is earned.
8.3 Account Termination
If your account is terminated for any reason (whether by you or by us), all virtual currency and prizes in your account will be permanently forfeited. No refunds, compensation, or transfer of virtual currency will be provided upon account termination, except as required by applicable law. If you voluntarily delete your account, you acknowledge and accept the permanent loss of all virtual currency and prizes.
8.4 No Interest
Virtual currency balances do not earn interest and are not held in any bank account, escrow, or trust. Your virtual currency balance is a record of your entitlement to use a feature within the Services, not a financial asset.
9. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND BONUS CURRENCY
9.1 Promotions
We may from time to time offer promotional pricing, bonus virtual currency, discount packages, or other special offers. Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
9.2 Limitations
Promotional offers may be limited by time, quantity, eligibility (e.g., new users only, specific regions), and other factors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
9.3 Bonus Currency
Virtual currency received as a bonus (whether through promotions, daily logins, referrals, or other means) is subject to the same non-redeemability and non-transferability restrictions as purchased virtual currency. Bonus currency may be subject to additional conditions such as expiration dates or usage restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of issuance.
10. BILLING DISPUTES
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing-related concern, please contact us at info@claw.land as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your username or account email address;
- The date and approximate amount of the transaction;
- The platform on which the purchase was made (iOS, Android, or Website);
- A description of the issue.
We will investigate your concern and respond within a reasonable timeframe. For mobile purchase disputes, we may direct you to Apple or Google if the resolution requires action on their part.
11. CHANGES TO THIS BILLING POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Billing Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Services with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of a revised Billing Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Billing Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth in our Terms and Conditions, including referral to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
